Hide and Seek by Major (Ret) Jeff Streucker and Alton Gansky = military fiction the reader enters into immediately and feels a part of the entire way through.
Not hard to figure out how or why when one learns that Major Struecker is a decorated member of the US Army's elite fighting corps and has a wealth of experience, including that which is documented in Black Hawk Down. Of course he draws the reader in. He lived it so he knows how to write it.
Of course, this genre is one I am particularly drawn to and fascinated by, but even for a reader who this genre does not appeal to, the writing is so intense and well done and the characters so very rich, I think many would enjoy the book. I give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
