Outside my window...
It keeps raining, then the sun attempts to shine, then it begins raining again.
I am thinking...
about ordering home school supplies and wondering how much I can get at the used curriculum sale Thursday night.
I am thankful...
for God's grace that is bringing beauty out of this life that was once such a wreck.
I am wearing...
Kahki capris and stretch T.
I am creating...
nothing at the moment. Can you believe it!?
I am going...
to order from Queen Homeschool Supplies and The Critical Thinking Co after I write up this post.
I am wondering...
several things actually, but like Mary, am keeping them silent and pondering them in my heart. :)
I am reading...
I am hoping...
the dog we are currently in discussions about getting, works out for us! Oh, I hope that! It's been three years of talking and wanting a dog and 6 months of turning down dogs that aren't right for us--but I'm pretty sure this one is the one! We have a visit set Saturday, here, to see how he does with our kids, and vice-versa.
I am looking forward to...
having a dog, bedtime, and the yummy lunch I can smell cooking.
I am learning...
that there is a balance between judging people and judging issues. We are clearly told to not judge others but we are told to discern between good and evil and to shine a light in the darkness. Hard balance to find and a blog post coming on it soon, as I can solidify it in my own mind.
Around the house...
Laundry is needing to be taken off the drying racks and a new load put on, lunch is cooking, and kids are paying nicely (for now!)
I am pondering...
the blog post about judging, as mentioned above.
A favorite quote for today...
"It's not about trying harder, it's about the 1st and greatest commandment, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and might. Do that and you will be the mom you should be." (yesterday's sermon paraphrased)
One of my favorite things...
A few plans for the rest of the week...
PT
for miraclegirl, Get Bubbles ears checked to see if his infection is gone (I don't think it is), Awana closing, visit with our potential forever dog, and just life at home.
A peek into my day

| We now have access to raw goat's milk which I much prefer over pasteurized cow's milk. Hoping Bubbles can tolerate me drinking it and won't get sick like he does when I'm eating dairy products. |
