I once chased after every last survey opp out there but after several years I stick with the ones that I actually make money on. I usually redeem for Amazon gift cards but some are checks in the mail or Paypal payments. Here are the ones that I respond to every other day and by the time my birthday rolls around
(I cash in as my bday treat ;)
I usually have a good $200 to spend---usually spent on gifts for others but also something from my own wishlist as well.
Synovate, Global Opinions Panel. Take surveys. Earn points. Redeem for various prizes, Amazon included. May also include product testing or year long projects which result in big points.
Zoom Panel. Take surveys. Get 5 zoom points for each one you don't qualify for. Various points for ones you do qualify for. Redeem points for various prizes from virtual gift cards that many merchants will honor (Amazon included) to electronics to movies. May also include reviewing products received in the mail or year long projects which yield a lot of points.
My Survey. Take surveys, earn points, redeem for various prizes including Amazon and Paypal. May also include product reviews.
My Points. Click emails that come into your box for points. Take surveys. If you shop places like Kodak gallery, Walmart.com, Target.com, etc. do it through this site and get points for every dollar you spend. (I buy all our photos through mypoints.com which takes me to Kodakgallery.com and also did my Christmas shopping through them which gave me points which I added to my redeeming total. :)
Youdata is a service that you can click on ads as they are avilable on the widget and earn anywhere from .05 to .25 cents per ad you click on. Weekly payments will be made to your paypal account. Average weekly payout is $1.00 though I've made less and I've made more sometimes. It's not a lot but it's a quick few cents that can yield mocha latte change. :)
And don't forget about Swagbucks either! I have a how-to-use post coming soon, which details how I make approximately $25 a month in Amazon gift cards.
As a Mama, I just want to encourage you with this last note. Try to make it a goal to do this stuff early in the morning or late at night when the kids are in bed, so as not to take away from your children. No amount of Amazon gift cards is worth being so immersed in the computer we miss out on our children's lives. :)
